Transfer: Winger departs Ten Hag's team for new club.
Manchester United winger Facundo Pellistri has signed a permanent deal with Greek Super League club Panathinaikos, leaving Erik ten Hag's side.
The Red Devils confirmed this in a statement on their website before of their Premier League match against Brighton this weekend.
"Everyone at the club would like to wish Facundo the best of luck with his new club, and thank him for his efforts here," Man United's statement said in part.
In the 2022-23 season, Pellistri made his debut for Manchester United under manager Erik ten Hag in a Carabao Cup quarter-final win over Charlton Athletic.
Last season, the Uruguay international started the Champions League match against Bayern Munich.
The 22-year-old has previously spent time on loan at Spanish club Granada.
