Champions League draw confirmed [full fixtures]

The new Champions League's league phase draw has taken place.

This year's campaign will begin with a 'Swiss-style' league phase, rather than the group stage to which supporters have grown used.

Additionally, 36 teams will compete rather than the normal 32.
The league phase will end in January, rather than December as usual.

The top eight teams will then advance to the knockout stages, while the teams finishing ninth through 24th will be drawn in a two-legged play-off to gain a spot in the competition's final 16.

Teams ranked 25 through 36 are eliminated from all competitions.

Below are some of the fixtures:

Manchester City will face Inter, Club Brugge, Feyenoord, and Sparta Prague at home. They will then face PSG, Juventus, Sporting Lisbon, and Bratislava away.

Inter Milan will face Leipzig, Manchester City, Arsenal, Leverkusen, Red Star, Young Boys, Monaco, and Sparta Prague.

Bayern Munich will play against PSG, Barcelona, Benfica, Shakhtar, Dinamo, Feyenoord, Slovan Bratislava, and Aston Villa.
