Transfer: Fenerbahce signs Super Falcons midfielder Otu

Regina Otu, a Super Falcons midfielder, has finalized her transfer to Turkish women's club Fenerbahce.

Otu was released by the French D'Arkema club in June, along with two other Nigerians, Yewande Balogun and Amanda Mbadi.

The 28-year-old has signed a two-year contract with Fenerbahce.

The player spent two seasons at St Etienne, helping the club earn promotion in 2022/23.

She also played consistently for the club last season.

Fenerbahce is Otu's third club in Europe, following her time with Belgian powerhouse FC Minsk.

The playmaker was part of Nigeria's roster for the 2022 Africa Women's Cup of Nations.
