NPFL: Enyimba and Akwa United obtain new dates for rescheduled encounter.

The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has announced a new date for the delayed matchday 3 between Enyimba and Akwa United.

The game, which was originally scheduled for Sunday, September 22, will now be played on Wednesday, October 2nd.

The match will take place at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba.
Davidson Owumi, the NPFL chief operations officer, confirmed the new date in a letter to the affected clubs.

The game was rescheduled owing to Enyimba's CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round reverse leg match against Etoile Filante on Saturday.

The match will be held at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

Last Friday, Enyimba and Burkina Faso played to a 0-0 tie in Mali.
