Tems admits: "I love Kanye West."
Temilade Openiyi, a Nigerian artist better known as Tems, has expressed love for controversial American rapper Kanye West.
In the most recent episode of the 'Shopping The Sneakers' podcast, the 'Mr Rebel' singer expressed her love for Kanye West, emphasizing that she can identify to him at times.
"I love Kanye [West]. "I relate to him sometimes," she said.
Tems also discussed her romance with American R&B star Brent Faiyaz.
"Brent Faiyaz is a really good buddy. I have known him since about 2021. He is the actual one. He is always supportive. I have a couple of artists with whom I am close, and he is one of them," she explained.
Meanwhile, Tems has become the first female Nigerian artist to attain 1 billion solo streams on Spotify.
She accomplished the feat following the publication of her highly anticipated debut album, 'Born In The Wild.'
