‘I’m Wizkid, Burna Boy, Davido’s godfather’ – Oritsefemi

Oritsefemi Majemite Ekele, a Nigerian artist, has claimed to be the godfather of his colleagues Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido.

He said that he had previously made money from music before they were well-known.

He said he urged the trio to make songs.
In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo, Oritsefemi stated, "I had already made money [from the music industry] while some individuals were sleeping [still to burst into the limelight].


"I encouraged numerous budding musicians, including Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido. I'm like their godfather.

"Even certain female celebs who are now trolling me on social media, I used to accommodate them in my Lekki mansion. I once accommodated Burna Boy.
