EPL: Rio Ferdinand hints that Chelsea could sack Pochettino
Rio Ferdinand, a Manchester United veteran, has intimated that Mauricio Pochettino will not be in charge of Chelsea next season.
According to him, the murmurs coming from Stamford Bridge suggest that the club's hierarchy will look elsewhere.
Pochettino finished sixth after a mainly challenging campaign with five consecutive victories.
This ensures the Blues European football for the following season.
Despite the campaign's hopeful conclusion, there is still conjecture over Pochettino's future.
Ferdinand stated on his FIVE YouTube channel, "I believe there will be a managerial merry-go-round." And from everything I've heard about Pochettino, I'm not convinced he'll be at Chelsea.
"The mutterings I'm hearing coming out, I don't know if it's going to end well there."
