Serie A: He’s not for sale – Napoli refuse to let top attacker leave after Conte’s arrival
Following the appointment of Antonio Conte as manager, Napoli has sworn that Georgia international Khvicha "Kvara" Kvaratskhelia will not be allowed to leave the club.
The player's agent recently placed pressure on Gli Azzurri in an interview with Georgian newspaper Sport Imedi, saying, "We want to leave Napoli, but for now we're focusing on the Euros."
Paris Saint-Germain is chasing the player, and he is anticipated to replace Kylian Mbappe, who has joined Real Madrid.
"After Kvaratskhelia's camp statement, we want to remind you that he's under contract until June 2027," Napoli said in a statement.
"Kvaratskelia is not for sale."
"Player's agents do NOT decide where they are going, but it's Napoli deciding when they are under contract" .
The former Serie A champions revealed last season that Nigeria international Victor Osimhen will depart the club this summer.
