Gbolagade Adelowo has been crowned the Shooting Stars' Best Player of the Season.

Adelowo was awarded a monetary prize of N5,000,000 as his reward.

He defeated Christian Pyagbara and club captain Taofeek Malomo for the award.

The 26-year-old played a key role in the Oluyole Warriors' fourth-place finish.

Adelowo played every minute of the club's 38 league matches, scoring two goals and assisting twice.

In 2023, the center-back joined the Oluyole Warriors from Nigeria's National League team, Abia Comets.
