Euro 2024: UEFA decides to suspend Bellingham and Rice ahead of Switzerland clash.
UEFA has opted not to suspend England's Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice following their dramatic 2-1 victory over Slovakia at Euro 2024 on Sunday.
The governing body has examined the match officials' report and has instead initiated disciplinary procedures against the Three Lions for the use of fireworks and crowd disruptions.
Bellingham, who scored the 1-1 goal, appeared to make an obscene gesture at the Slovakia bench.
Rice was also involved in a spat with opposition leader Francesco Calzona.
But they've both been let off the hook.
A UEFA representative informed Mirror Football that "Following the review of the officials' reports for the ENG-SVK match, disciplinary proceedings have been opened against the English Football Association for the lighting of fireworks and crowd disturbances."
"The CEDB will reach a decision on this case in due time. There were no additional procedures arising from this match.
