Super Eagles to face Benin, Libya, Rwanda in AFCON 2025 qualifiers
Nigeria's Super Eagles have been put into Group D of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The group includes Benin Republic, Libya, and Rwanda.
Benin Republic, under by former Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr, upset Nigeria 2-1 in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier last month.
The Rwandan bees belong to the same group.
The draw took held Thursday afternoon in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The qualifiers will begin in September and run through November 2025.
The competition will take place between December 21 and January 18, 2026.
