Transfer: Chelsea agrees to sell Lukaku to EPL rivals while Osimhen move drags.

According to the Italian magazine Il Mattino, Chelsea and Aston Villa have reached an agreement to sign Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku, who is also desired by Napoli, is expected to depart Stamford Bridge permanently this summer.

The Belgian has spent the last two seasons on loan with Inter Milan and Roma.

With Napoli yet to sell Victor Osimhen, Chelsea has reached an agreement with Villa for Lukaku.

However, it is up to Lukaku to decide if he wants to join Unai Emery's squad or wait until he returns to Serie A.

Chelsea are aiming to resolve his exit before facing Manchester City in the Premier League on August 18.
