NFF selects Madugu as interim head coach of Super Falcons.

The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has named Justin Madugu as interim head coach of the Super Falcons.

Until a permanent head coach is appointed, Madugu will lead the nine-time African champions.

The NFF made the decision following the departure of the team's former handler, Randy Waldrum.

Waldrum announced his retirement from the position earlier this month.

Madugu was an assistant to the American.

He will collaborate with other technical crew members.

The Super Falcons' next major engagement is the Women's Africa Cup of Nations finals, which will be held in Morocco in the summer of next year.
