She mentioned this while apologizing to Ozee over a recent misunderstanding.

Victoria remarked that she dislikes apologizing, but she compromised because she has a soft place for Ozee.

Ozee asked: "Remember, I said there would be consequences for your actions?"

Ozee replied: "I will think about it."

Victoria: "You know I have a soft place for you, which is why you're making this difficult. I apologize, please. Come, let's hug it out."

Ozee eventually accepted the apologies, and they hugged tightly.
