Ballon d'Or: He's really calm—Roberto Carlos on player to win award this year

Real Madrid legend Roberto Carlos is confident that his countryman Vinicius Junior will win the 2024 Ballon d'Or.

According to Carlos, Vinicius is incredibly calm and close to being the finest footballer in the world.

The former Brazilian left-back made the statement following Real Madrid's 1-1 LaLiga draw with Atletico Madrid.
"Vini is quite calm. "He knows he is very close to being the best in the world," Carlos stated (via Madrid Universal).

"He played some terrific games last season, and this year, we're trying to make him more comfortable in front of the audiences, and the Ballon d'Or is there.

"I'm very sure he is going to win it."

Vinicius competes against Rodri, Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham, and Ademola Lookman, among others for the 2024 Ballon d’Or.
