“I know what’s happening to Wizkid” – Yul Edochie drops his two cents on Wizkid and Davido’s online dispute

Controversial Yul Edochie, a Nollywood actor and politician, has weighed in on the new internet dispute between singer Wizkid and Davido A.K.A 001, which has sparked widespread conjecture.


Yul Edochie shared a video on his Instagram account expressing his thoughts on why Wizkid began the online trashing of Don Jazzy and Davido a few days ago.

To him, Wizkid's mother's sudden death had a significant impact on the young guy, and not having somebody to share his grief exacerbated the situation.

The actor described how the agony of losing a loved one is so intense that it causes misbehavior and irrational behavior.

Yul went on to later address Wizkid, saying,

“Big Wiz, you have fans who love you, take it easy bro, I know that pain. Your mother is in a better place, take it from me, God knows best and we can’t question Him, everybody go go there o, I know your mum will want you to keep going and doing your thing. Truth is you’re one of the greatest artistes on the continent of Africa, I’m a big fan of you Wizkid, I’m also a big fan of Davido, you guys have done great, just take it easy.”

@scott___billionz: Guy shut your mouth, Davido grew up without a mother, then wizkid when see he own mama, you know how many temptations and sadness davido don pass through, do you know the feelings of losing a son, but still yet the guy keep life going and keep himself happily, life goes on, Davido never throws shade on anyone, that man have been through a lot also in life, if you don’t have something important to say oga, shut up your mouth, Davido has been through a lot of pain but that guy he’s still living and happy, make wizkid wake up and hustle face life, forget the past and move on.
