Euro 2024: I don’t have many years left in football – Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo, the Al Nassr attacker, has stated that he does not have "many years left in football".
Ronaldo spoke after scoring twice in Portugal's 3-0 friendly victory over the Republic of Ireland on Tuesday night.
Ronaldo is aiming to win the trophy for the second time, having previously won it in 2016.
But he knows time is running out for him to win more championships for his country.
"I don't have many years left in football… so, I have to enjoy it" .
"I adore football. Every game is unique, and representing Portugal at the Euros makes you proud. "It's a dream, like when I was 20," Ronaldo explained.
The 39-year-old will now be eager to continue his goal scoringform at the tournament this summer.
